Ordering and delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to regions worldwide. Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. & International orders! Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Production, Shipping, and Delivery time vary within 2-14 weeks or depending on the time that is on the product description. Please read the product description before purchasing.

How much is shipping?

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. All shipping fees and international custom/duties fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return fees. 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to make a return please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item via info@hayaniq.com. Items shipped to the address on the package will not be processed. Please email us for instructions and a return address.  Returns will be accepted provided the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria. You must arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

What is your return criteria?

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your return will automatically be rejected and there will be NO refund issued if the gown has been worn, dry-cleaned, washed, damaged, and/or the garment ribbon has been tampered with, cut, or resown. 

Dress

Why is my dress shedding?

It is very normal to see fallout from these gowns. Seeing fallout such as beads and glitter does not mean the dress is damaged or defective. 

Where are the dresses made?

Our dresses are designed in the United States and handmade with love by our skilled tailors in Asia. 

Dress Care:

Upon arrival, unfold your your gown and place on a padded hanger. Your gown should naturally fall into place. For faster results you may use a hand-held steamer to flatten any creases. 

To protect the dress and prevent water damage or burns, it's advisable to cover the steamer head with a clean white t-shirt or a thin white towel. To avoid marks, catch any water droplets that may fall.

It is recommended to steam the dress from the inside, keeping a safe distance of 3-6 inches between the steamer and the fabric. Do not touch the steamer directly onto the fabric. It's best to steam each layer of the skirt individually, however, multiple layers of tulle can be steamed at once.
